Writing Poetry in War: An Evening with Yaryna Chornohuz

Yaryna Chornoguz writes her texts on the front line. This experience gives rise to poetry of extraordinary, unvarnished power that nevertheless remains deeply lyrical and sensitive. These are not reports from the war, but snapshots of a lived reality that invite us to look closely and preserve our humanity. Language: Ukrainian with German translation

Founded 2014 in Berlin

Bridge between cultures

KUL'TURA e.V. is a non-profit association founded in 2014 in Berlin by Ukrainian, German and Belgian artists and intellectuals to promote Ukrainian art, music and culture across Germany and Europe. Our main goal is to introduce contemporary Ukraine abroad and, moreover, create new collaborations. We bring together artists, musicians, filmmakers and communities to share Ukrainian culture through concerts, exhibitions, film screenings and festivals.

Since our founding we have built a growing community of members, volunteers and partners who believe that culture is a powerful way to connect people, preserve heritage and support Ukraine.
